Service

Faro Risk provides AI-powered geopolitical risk intelligence. Briefs and alerts are generated using artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

Acceptable use

You may use Faro Risk for internal business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share briefs externally without written permission.

Accuracy

Faro Risk makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of intelligence briefs. You are responsible for independently verifying information before acting on it.

Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe, by card or by invoice. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faro Risk shall not be liable for any business decisions made based on our intelligence briefs, nor for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
