You may use Faro Risk for internal business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share briefs externally without prior written permission from Faro Risk. Any automated scraping or extraction of content from the platform is strictly prohibited.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Prices are listed in CHF and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
New accounts receive 4 free intelligence briefs with no credit card required. After the free trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Faro Risk reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
Faro Risk makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of intelligence briefs. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Faro Risk shall not be liable for any business decisions, losses, or damages arising from reliance on our intelligence briefs. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 30 days.
All content generated by Faro Risk, including briefs, analysis, and playbooks, remains the intellectual property of Faro Risk. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use this content internally within your organisation.
Faro Risk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting edoardo@farorisk.com.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email with 14 days notice. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance.
