Faro Risk is a geopolitical risk intelligence service operated by Edoardo d'Arpa, based in Zürich, Switzerland. We provide AI-powered risk briefs tailored to your business profile. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at edoardo@farorisk.com.
We collect your email address, the company profile information you provide during onboarding (sectors, markets, supply chain countries, risk priorities), and the intelligence briefs you generate using the platform. We do not collect payment card details — these are handled directly by Stripe.
Your data is used exclusively to provide personalised geopolitical intelligence briefs, improve the service, and send you product updates if you opt in. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). We use Anthropic's API to generate briefs — your company profile is sent to their API for this purpose and is subject to Anthropic's data processing terms. Payments are processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Under Swiss DSG and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing edoardo@farorisk.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that identify you personally.
We use the following third-party services to operate Faro Risk: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI brief generation), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Each of these services processes data only as necessary to deliver the service.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
